Lemon/mavinkai/ nallikai pickle/ gojju
Lemon / Mavinkai / nallikai pickle / gojju (Suma Prasad)
- Pressure cook cut pieces of lemon
- Mash cooked lemon with potato masher
- Heat some oil in a pan, put mustard seeds, hing, and turmeric
- Put mashed cooked lemon into pan
- Add saarinapudi, rosted and powdered Kari yellu
- Add some bella and salt
- Stir until it becomes thick
- Store it in bottle
- Enjoy!
