Lemon/mavinkai/ nallikai pickle/ gojju

 


Lemon / Mavinkai / nallikai  pickle / gojju (Suma Prasad)

  1. Pressure cook cut pieces of lemon
  2. Mash cooked lemon with potato masher
  3. Heat some oil in a pan, put mustard seeds, hing, and turmeric 
  4. Put mashed cooked lemon into pan
  5. Add saarinapudi, rosted and powdered Kari yellu 
  6. Add some bella and salt
  7. Stir until it becomes thick
  8. Store it in bottle
  9. Enjoy!
