Recipe: HORSE GRAM CHUTNEY PUDI

INGREDIENTS

One  cup chana  dal 

one  cup  urad  dal 

one  cup  white  till 

one cup  horse gram. 

One handfull of guntur red chillies. 

1 spoon jaggery

Salt as per your need. 

Mustard and hing for seasoning. 


METHOD

Fry everything one by one other than jaggery ans salt separately with little oil (sesame oil) until they are mildly roasted. Add jaggery and salt, season with mustard and hing
