 Recipe: Kempu Chekkuli

Kempu chakkali Recipe 

1 Cup Hurgadle

4 Cups Rice Flour 

Chilli powder roughly 1 tsp 

Salt accordingly 

Oil to make the dough - 2tbsp roughly 

Sesame - 1 tbsp 

Turmeric little 

Hing little

Swalpa yellu 

Mix all of the above ingredients and heat 2 tbsp of oil pour it on the mixture . 

Crumble and mix .

Make dough like poori dough( should be moist and firm) 

Mould it and fry it in oil until the bubbles are stopped .
