1/4 kg kbele

1/4 kg u belle

100 gm bili yellu

100 gram onamensu

2 spoon mentye

2 spoon jeerige

Onakobri yatashakti (atleast 150 grams) 


Dry roast and make a powder of these ingredients. When u want to make gojju  simply boil the fruit/ vegetable, take some of this powder and some boiled fruit, add a lil freshly grated coconut, grind this and add this paste to the left fruit. Add salt and boil for 5 mins. Give seasoning with hingu and sasive
